Who is responsible

Sample details: the business is fictional and the site is a portfolio piece. The phone, email, VAT number and accounts belong to no one.

What the site keeps

Next to nothing. The site is static pages: no forms, accounts or basket, no cookies, nothing written to your device (no localStorage either), no visitor statistics and nothing loaded from third parties. Fonts and images are served from the same server.

The «Book a tasting» button sends nothing: it only shows a note that this is a demonstration site. That is also why there is no cookie banner.

Server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. For each request Cloudflare processes your IP address, the time, the page and your browser, to deliver the page and to protect the site from attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the site safely (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Cloudflare also asks your browser to report connections that fail (Network Error Logging), so it can find network problems. We neither see nor keep per-visitor logs. Cloudflare keeps them for a limited time, as its own privacy policy sets out.

Booking by phone or email

If you phone or write to us about a tasting, we keep your name, your phone number or email, the date and how many of you are coming, only to arrange the visit. The legal basis is the steps before an agreement that we take because you asked (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

We delete them a month after the visit. Only the payment receipt stays for as long as tax law requires (Article 6(1)(c)).

On this demonstration site the phone number and email address belong to no one, so nothing reaches anybody.

Who else sees them

Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) hosts the site as our processor. It is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and bound by the EU standard contractual clauses, so the transfer outside the EU has the safeguards of GDPR Articles 45 and 46. The site's texts are written in a content system on a private server, which never talks to visitors.

We sell and give data to no one else. The Google Maps link opens Google's page only when you tap it; from there Google's own policy applies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, to restrict their use, to receive them in a file, or object to the processing (GDPR Articles 15 to 22). Write to info@aniforos.example; we answer within a month.

If you think we have not respected them, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Kifisias 1-3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr.

Under 18

The site is about wine and meant for adults. Tastings are booked only for people over 18, and we do not knowingly keep details of minors.
